1. RETURN FORM

Please download, complete the form and return it to us at:
Wólczyńska 133, building 6/33301-919 Warsaw
together with the goods in order to start the return process.

We do not accept cash on delivery!

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the parcel. Upon receipt of the returned goods together with the return form, the Service Provider will refund the corresponding amount to the Client within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return. More in the shop regulations

The refund for the returned goods, minus the shipping costs less the cheapest delivery option available in the offer, will be made to the bank account indicated in the form, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return. The buyer shall bear the costs of returning the goods.
